Welcome to the Chepstow Festival
There is no Festival in 2013, it has always been, right from the start in 1988, a biennial event. The next Chepstow Arts and Community Festival starts on 20 June 2014

We’ve got you covered.
For over 120 years the townspeople have been staging events in Chepstow
Castle. Too often they have fallen foul of wet Welsh summer weather, which has led to cancellation or financial disaster. From 2012 this need not happen again. Chepstow Festival has achieved its long cherished ambition and each summer, from now on, a 350 m² 8 m high canopy will be erected in Chepstow Castle for a few weeks. This remarkable structure will protect a seated audience of up to 300 from the rain.
